I am a research-led filmmaker, currently focused on community-led models of documentary and arts production.

I am work with several communities to create media projects that deliver social impact, skills and employment. I continue to study ethical models of for community co-creation and arts as a form of advocacy.

I have worked as a professional advocate for over 5 years, representing and protecting the rights of vulnerable people in various contexts. This includes representing dementia patients, people with learning difficulties, and children during safeguarding enquiries.

I believe advocacy and storytelling are a potent combination to inspire social change, connect communities and create beautiful things.
